Friday: $5,500.00 (Late rehearsal time Thursday, 1 1/2 hours, to allow head start with setup)

Saturday: $5,500 (Includes Sunday morning clean up, 9am-11am, if no event scheduled on Sunday)

 

July– November Events

 

• Friday: $6,000.00 (Late rehearsal time Thursday, 1 1/2 hours, to allow head start with setup)

• Saturday: $7,500.00 (Includes Sunday morning clean up, 9am-11am, if no event scheduled on Sunday)

• Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday: $5,000.00

• Full Weekend: $12,500.00

 

Bridal/Baby Showers (up to 30 individuals)

 

• Sunday 2pm-7pm - $500 (Please contact us for additional package details)

 

Corporate Events (banquets, holiday parties, product launches)

Weddings/Birthdays/Proms etc. Package Details:

 

• Weekday Event Hours: morning set up until 9:59pm

• Friday or Saturday Event Hours: morning set up until 11:59pm 

• Sunday Event Hours: morning set up until 10:00pm 

• Full Weekend Rental: Friday morning until 11:00am Sunday (overnight accommodations not included)

 

Use of Largest Red Barn (downstairs only)

Ceremony Seating for up to 200 persons- white chairs

Reception Seating and tables for up to 200 persons - black chairs

Use of Bar for Caterer

60" Round dining tables that seat 8 (24 available)

8' Rectangular tables for head table (4 available)
